PKU Pioneer (Beijing Peking University Pioneer Technology Co., Ltd.) will attend the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) from April 15~19, 2025, at Hall 18.2, Booth L24 in the General Machinery Exhibition Area.

Leveraging advanced automation control technology and a data-driven service model, PKU Pioneer’s VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generation plant operation and maintenance (O&M) is centered on intelligence and efficiency to ensure long-term stable operation while continuously reducing costs and improving benefits.

Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption (VPSA) is an advanced technology for separating oxygen from air. It utilizes the difference in adsorption capacity of various air components on adsorbents. The adsorbent selectively adsorbs gases when pressure is increased and desorbs to regenerate when pressure is reduced to a vacuum state.

In December 2024, PKU Pioneer's "Low-Cost Gas Purification and Hydrogen Purification Technology Research" project was officially approved for establishment. As a sub-project under the "Thermochemical Hydrogen Production Technology and Verification Platform for Multi-Source Organic Solid Waste" initiative, a part of the "Hydrogen Energy Technology" special program of the 2024 China Key R&D Plan, the project is also an important component of the 13 key tasks in China’s 14th Five-Year Plan for Hydrogen Energy Technology Development.

Since 1999, PKU Pioneer has been dedicated to the development and application of VPSA/PSA gas separation technologies. With higher reliability, flexibility, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, the VPSA oxygen generation systems excel in reducing the total energy consumption by up to 20%~30%.
