PKU Pioneer has devoted itself to VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) and PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) technologies for nearly 25 years. With several innovations and iterations, its VPSA and PSA oxygen generation technology has been developed at the top level of the world, making it the world champion in this industry. The highest oxygen production capacity of PKU Pioneer's oxygen equipment in a single mill has reached 100,000Nm3/h, which is a breakthrough in the application of super-large VPSA oxygen units. PKU Pioneer is constantly expanding the forefront of the application of oxygen generation technology. Its oxygen generation systems have been successfully applied in lithium batteries, refractory materials and other fields, and effectively help the customers to improve their economic benefits.

PKU Pioneer, as a professional brand in VPSA and PSA industry, developed PSA-CO and PSA-H2 purification technologies. The low-carbon utilization technologies are developed upon the basis of its air separation processes.

On September 20, 2023, the Lonshi mining, processing and smelting integrated project (Congo Lonshi Copper Project) built by JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in Africa was successfully completed and formally put into production. All the units involved held a grand commissioning ceremony in the electrowinning workshop of the project.

The patent of PKU Pioneer’s exclusive invention- Method for Designing Radial Bed with High Efficiency Airflow Distribution and Radial Bed Thereof was granted by the Indian Patent Office.

On October 26, 2023, according to the China High and New Technology Enterprise Evaluation Management Leading Group Office, 2,962 enterprises including PKU Pioneer were listed in the 2nd batch of Beijing High and New Technology Enterprises and got the recognition. This is the 18th successive year that PKU Pioneer has obtained the qualification.

In March 2023, PKU Pioneer won the bid for an oxygen plant project (5,054Nm3/h, ≥93%) to support the fiberglass pool kiln drawing production line with an annual output of 150,000 tons for a well-known domestic fiberglass manufacturer.
