Based on actual production of industrial equipment and relevant national standards, PKU Pioneer made significant upgrades and adjustments to the appearance spraying process and effect of the VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen generation plant to further standardize the coating colors, enhance product quality and aesthetics, and improve customer satisfaction. At the same time, the basic identification colors, symbols and maintenance markings for non-standard components and pipelines have been refined.
Advanced technology is fundamental, but industrial aesthetics should not be overlooked. Starting from 2024, PKU Pioneer’s newly built VPSA oxygen units featured a new look, with over 20 sets of oxygen equipment already showcased in various industrial plants.
To more comprehensively showcase the layout and appearance of the new oxygen systems, PKU Pioneer created a scale model at a 50:1 ratio using 3D printing technology. With a fidelity of 99%, the model includes key components including the 2 radial adsorption towers, buffer tanks, power equipment, oxygen compressors, circulating water systems, concrete silencing towers, heat exchangers, valves, and pipelines, realistically reproducing the oxygen plant scenario. The factory walls are omitted in the model, allowing an unobstructed view of the equipment layout to clearly and three-dimensionally present the structural interconnections between the components.
Having been deeply engaged in the air separation and oxygen generation industry for many years, PKU Pioneer has completed over 400 industrial oxygen generation projects across various sectors such as steel, chemistry, non-ferrous metallurgy, recycled metals, glass and fiberglass, cement, and waste incineration. In recent years, we have also innovatively expanded into applications in lithium batteries and soda ash industries. In the future, PKU Pioneer will continue to explore new application areas to provide professional gas services to a broader customer base.
