The PSA-CO and H2 device provided by the company to the project of 50,000 t/y glycol synthesized by calcium carbide tail gas of Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co., Ltd. is successfully started for the first time.

The flow of the VPSA-O2 device provided by PIONEER to Wugang Sino-Canada Steel Co., Ltd. is 10,600Nm3/h and the purity is 80%.

Supporting Devices of TDI Project of Yantai Juli Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.

Since the project generates the gas by the fixed bed, the generated raw material gas and nitrogen contain much methane, which makes the PSA purification of CO and H2more difficult. The user formerly adopted the PSA-CO/H2device of another manufacturer.

PIONEER provides the 22,000Nm3/h CO device of PSA purification, 42,000Nm3/h H2device of PSA purification and 20,000Nm3/h VPSA-O2 device to the project.
